ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR I.C, B.Ed., M.Ed., MCA

Application Forms for admisiion in to the Integrated Course (IC) / B.Ed., / M.Ed.., / MCA for the Academic Session are available at the College office on all working days between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. There will be no Entrance Test. Admissions are reserved for Minority Candidates,. In the case of non-availability of Minority candidates others will be considered.

Eligibility Criteria for Integrated Course:

  • Candidates should have scored 50% or more in the Higher Secondary Examination.
  • Candidates should have completed 16 years of age before the 30th June of that academic year. Those who have completed 25 years of age by the 30th June of that academic year are not eligible to apply for the courses.

Application forms for the admission to the following Integrated Courses:

  • B.A., (English), B.Ed.,
  • B.Sc., (Mathematics), B.Ed.,
  • B.Sc., (Computer Science), B.Ed.,
  • B.Com.,B.Ed.,

Eligibility Criteria for B.Ed., Course:

Candidates should have secured 45% of marks or more either in Part III (Main and Allied) of the Bachelor's Degree (Both UG and PG in the same school subjects). There is no upper age limit for one year B.Ed., Course.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Ed., Course:

Candidates with B.Ed., Degree / Four year Integrated B.A.,B.Ed., / B.Sc.,B.Ed.,/ B.Com.,B.Ed., of this University or any other University as equivalent thereto with a minimum of 50% marks in the the aggregate are eligible for seeking admission to the M.Ed., Course.

Eligibility Criteria for MCA Course:

Candidates who have scored 55% Marks or above in any one of the following are equivalent are eligible to apply.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications / Commerce / Corporate Secretaryship / Economics / Business Adfministration (With Mathematics) / Business Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Applications as one of the subjects.

2. Bachelors Degree in Science with Mathematics / Statistics as one of the sujects.

Cost of Application Form Rs.300/-

Rs.25/- extra to receive by post.

Photocopies of the following must be sent along with the application form:

  • Transfer Certificate

  • Conduct Certificate

  • Mark List: Higher Secondary for Integrated Courses / UG for B.Ed., M.Ed., or MCA

  • UG Degree or Provisional

  • Community Certificate (For SC candidates)

  • Nativity Certificate (For Native of Pondicherry)

  • 2 stamped self addressed envelops

  • All Roman Catholic candidates must produce letters from their Parish Priests.
